I was interviewed by 5 total individuals: My team lead, a representative from Senior Management, district retail management, Senior wealth advisor, Manager of Financial Advisors, and recruiter for the Southeast team.

Very thorough interview questions from direct management team regarding past performance. Be prepared to answer questions about specific scenarios with clients where you helped them overcome objections.

Entretien
Very pleasant recruiter called me and we spoke at length. A more formal phone interview was scheduled. The recruiter let me know that they like to use the STAR method of interviewing, Describe a SITUATION, TASK, ACTION, RESULT. They preferred us to use personal experience as opposed to "if x happened, I would do Y. To prepare, I thought of different experiences I had in my career from upset clients, cross selling, firing a client and more so I felt prepared. I then interviewed with the person who heads the division for which I was applying. Again, another pleasant interview. He also used the STAR method of interviewing. I am now waiting to meet with the local branch manager and a Regional VP.

Applied online called by a preliminary screener who asked questions about my experience and the roles responsibility. .. then a recruiter called to verify my qualifications and did a role play about how I would handle a difficult client. Next was the hiring team leader meeting where there was two interviews at the same day with 2 different team leaders... next t here was another interview with regional manager and branch manager.. then financial advisor manager had a phone interview with me. I then was offered the position.
