Lots of stress on how team-oriented the company is and if your experiences and personality add value. Super day with three technical interviews if you make it to the second round

First the applications were submitted online. From there, phone interviews were conducted. After the phone interviews, there was a "super day " event. After this, offers were made. The interviewers were really looking to see how much you knew about the company and asked some technical accounting questions.

First I went through a round of on campus interviews. After being selected for their Super Day, I went to a pre-interview day reception to network and learn more about the company. In the super day, I had three interviews. They were mostly behavior based questions and it was a lot of talking about your resume. Nothing was too challenging.
