The intern process consisted on on campus interviews then a superday. The interview was pretty regular and consisted of both behavioral rounds with recruiters as well as more quantitative rounds with analysts, associates, MDs, and VPs. Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, markets, news preferred and statistical experience were important.
