The interview was long. It contained behavioral and situational questions. They budgeted 1 hour and 15 minutes for the interview but we talked for more than an hour and 45 minutes. It was conversational. Their follow-up is terrible. I am still waiting and it is nearly 6 weeks later. I wrote emails inquiring about the process twice and got a response of "You are still very much being considered and we are still working the process." Either the business changed which would be okay to say or I wasn't quite what they were looking for but close enough to string me along. I had to prepare a presentation for them which took time. The interviewer looked me in the eye and said that we would be getting back to you "Soon." Yesterday I sent both an email and left a message requesting a conclusion. Ghosted! Class act PNC.
