Applied online with resume and got a call back about a week later. Interviewed with the branch manager and a visiting branch manager a few days later, walked in as another person was interviewing, they asked me my strengths, weaknesses. They asked me what I thought was the most important thing about the job. Asked me a few questions about my resume, and at the end of the interview they took me to the lobby and had me greet customers walking in. They showed me a few examples of attempted conversations, and then had me walk up to customers and greet them, ask them about their services with our bank and if there was any need they might have that we could help with.

None really, talking to strangers and trying to push financial products was by far the toughest part of the interview, it is also the most relevant thing they could do to view my people skills.
Very easy. Recruiting works on weekends. First interview scheduled was for a group interview about 12 people. It lasted about two hours. Everyone answered the same questions.
They called the next day with first offer.

Easy questions asked and a lot tell me about yourself questions. My interviewing manager was a great guy and really help me develop my careers at PNC. I think i just got lucky to have such a great manager.
