I applied in December 2020. I was emailed mid-December saying I was still under consideration for the role and to expect interviews to begin at the new year. It is now the end of January and I received an email saying I was declined for the role and that I was ineligible, and despite reviewing the job description and requirements, I see no way in which I was ineligible. This was extremely unprofessional and I was extremely disappointed by the way this was handled.

Applied in October Notified in January Attended a group session a few days before interview Then interviewed in January 27 Got offered almost a month later. Overall long process with little communication in between.
