As a Wealth Management prospect, I was flown out to Pittsburgh, PA (one of the HQ cities) for what is called a "Superday". PNC "Superday" is a major networking environment where interns mix and mingle while each intern attends pre-scheduled interviews for their role/line of business.
A major plus, food is provided while you wait for your interview to start. Also it's best to prepare for these interviews using Linkedin to gain some background on your interviewers, you will receive a list of their names and what time you will meet them earlier in the day or the previous day. '
Interviews are conducted in a curtain and table like setting, normally 2 interviewers to 1 prospect. Very relaxed environment, be comfortable, confident and yourself. PNC loves an upbeat individual who knows their stuff.

HR screening through HireVue with mostly behavioral questions. Superday with 2 rounds of interviews, one with a hiring manager and one with full-time employees who participated in the internship. Mostly behavioral questions about problem solving, can you take a problem and analyze it to come to a solution.

Entretien
The whole process was really smooth. I met a recruiter through my University’s career fair. I applied to multiple internship positions online and the recruiter helped me get an interview. The interview went really well. My interviewer didn’t drill me with questions and super nice.
