The interview process began with on campus recruiting at my university. Two back-to-back interviews that focused on me walking through my resume, having a conversation and a couple of behavioral questions. After that I received notice of a second round interview at the office in which I spoke to two senior level individuals. This was a similar format, very conversational, slightly more technical in nature of the conversation but no formal, technical interview questions.
