Phone interview with recruiter, then there were 1 or 2 Skype interviews first with the hiring manager and then again with one of their technical team members. The camera can be off for the Skype interviews.

An email to schedule a short call with an HR person to talk a bit about the position and then they schedule a meeting with the hiring manager. HR person remained contact throughout the process. 45 minute phone
call with the manager.

The interview process started with an HR interview via phone to ask some administrative questions, followed by the hiring manager to know my past experiences, and finally a 1-hour round interview with 3 people on the team including the hiring manager.
