The interview process for this company was relatively easy. I knew someone who knew area manager for south Florida and they needed an assistant. I submitted my application online with resume and got a face to face interview. I had to interview with the region manager first, then area manager. Both managers asked about my career path, where I have been and where I was going. They asked me about my experience and my expectations on salary. I also talked about my education and at the time i was working towards a BA. I was hired on the spot due to my confidence during the interview, my experience and how I spoke with conviction. And it does help that someone recommended me.
