I was initially contacted via email to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview was set up the interview was conducted within the same week. Within a matter of days I was informed that I was accepted as an employee and subsequently received an offer letter.

Easy application. Got scheduled for interview within 2 days. Interviewer wasted my time. Salary range posted was 39k-60k. His first sentence was “oops I’m sorry I should’ve reviewed your application and don’t want to waste your time but we’re only offering 39k” So why post a range of we can’t negotiate? His response only for certain states… but it’s a remote job. This is how you will lose excellent candidates. I’ll never apply to them again. Goes to show who really pays attention to their employees
