This was a very slow and deliberate process. I had five interviews over the course of two months. I interviewed with a recruiter at length, which was followed by three telephone interviews, an in-person interview in Cleveland, and then a final one in Downers Grove. Interviews varied in length from 30 minutes to two hours.
