Two interviews, one with branch manager the other with two senior managers. Fairly easy. Went in on Tuesday for first interview and the following Tuesday for second interview and got a call back within two hours with job offer.

The process was normal but way too long. I was scouted by a PNC hiring manager and everything initially was by phone until they could get me an interview at a nearby branch. I loved the manager I interviewed with and eventually had to interview for a job transfer which was also rather painless. But the actual hiring time is ridiculously slow. We've hired people and lost them before they even started working in the branch because other jobs have a quicker hiring process. It took me a month to find out if I had the job then another two months to start my training. Then when transferring it took about a month and a half to move branches.
