Applied online and got a call from a recruiter a few days later for a phone screening and then set up an in person interview. I was interviewed by two managers who kept it pretty light and were easy to converse with. They had a list of questions that were mostly about my background as well as behavioral questions, nothing technical. Didn't get the position, but the interviewers were great and it was overall a good experience.
