I had applied several times before. Finally, I heard from the human resources person. We talked for about 15 minutes. I thought it went pretty good. She asked me the usual questions, none of which really stumped me as I had tried to anticipate all possible questions. I never heard from her again. I called and she did not return my call.

everything was virtual- due to covid- but very smooth. I had two interviews- the first was with 3 interviewers, the other with one. typical questions you will find on this site- nothing surprising.

Got the first interview on ALPFA convention at Las Vegas. Then, weeks later I was invited to Pittsburgh, PA for 5 interviews. Everyone was very kind and the interviews were more as a conversation. Two days later they call me to give me the offer.

The time it takes, and the number of applicants selected to go on to the next step varies, but there are some patterns. It took 2 weeks to call me back after applying online, the first interview was over the phone. Next was with team leaders, final was with manager and two upper managers. The process was over 90 days.
