The interview process is pretty straight forward. They communicate with you up to the interview process and then they ghost you. The people I spoke with were nice, a little entitled. I would have more respect for a company such as The Plexus Group if they would be more professional with their candidates. Prior to interviewing, I looked up to this company and envied their brand. Now I have no respect for them due to the lack of professionalism form their Partners and their recruiters ability to communicate. If you are not interested in an employee, just tell them; no need to ghost them.
