I have my internship in PLDT as an IT Security. I just submitted my resume and they just ask me what position I want and that’s it after a weeks. I started my internship already.

They didn’t interview me they just ask what role I want.
Straightforward. Once they see that your course has a placement for one of their departments, they'll turn you over to the supervisor that you will work with. The supervisor will set expectations on the shift schedule and responsibilities if you pass. My supervisor was very keen to open an opportunity for interns to learn.

Skills that you have can offer and a brief of your career goals
Interview was fast and decisive because it is an internship. After required documents are submitted, I started work immediately. The supervisors are nice, helpful and friendly. It was a great experience overall.
