I applied from campus recruiting and got an interview in a week. The interview was very standard. I mostly talked about my resume, quick finance knowledge and a brain teaser.
Test iniziale, 2 round di colloqui molto tecnici, e poi assesement centre. in tutto circa 2 mesi di iter. Bisogna aver pasione per recs e avere i fundamentals tecnici completamente a posto

Entretien
Initially technical interview with analyst/associate followed by a superday with managing directors and an associate testing fit and technicals. The whole process took about 2 weeks with a prompt decision communicated
first round, second round (all behavioural). Case study and then super day. Super day was 2.5 hours with 5 people (30 minutes each). Ranging from associate to partner. First interview in the super day was about the case study and more technical than rest
