J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez PJM Interconnection (Valley Forge, PA) en mai 2015
Entretien
The interview was very preliminary and got secured during a career fair at my school. They had come in to see how was capable from us asking questions and seeing about them. They are also big users of the STAR method. Using examples during the interview to support them. It was very relaxed or at least that vibe was given during the entire process.
Panel interviews for 30 minutes. Multiple rounds to assess best fit within the organization. Mostly behavioral, and questions about what you bring to the table. Just know what you want to do.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez PJM Interconnection (Philadelphia, PA) en mars 2016
Entretien
3 interviews about an hour and a half apart with teams of 4 employees. The process was two days. The first day all the potential hires were shown the campus and introduced to some of the staff and we were fed dinner. The second day were the interviews as well as being given breakfast and lunch. We were brought in around 8 am and everyone was done interviewing by 4pm. The staff interviewing us were really nice and there was no real pressure. The staff assured us it was alright to be a little nervous and to answer the questions to the best of our ability. We were also given the opportunity to ask the interviewing staff about their time at PJM and what they did day to day.

It was short and brief interview. It was not a very technical interview. Just a general interview where they wanted to know more about you, your skills and the projects you have accomplished.
