I had to submit a resume and cover letter through my career services website. A few weeks later they emailed me to schedule a first round interview on the phone. It was mostly questions about current foreign affairs and the state of the economy, with some basic macro questions/reasoning snuck in (ex - what is the effect of oil prices rising?) I thought I did really poorly because I wasn't so up on my European debt crisis info, but they let me through to the final round. They emailed about final rounds almost a month later, and by then I had already accepted another offer, so I had to decline.

The interview process consisted of several rounds —Hirevue (10 questions - behavioral & FI/macro), Technical interview which was a month after the HV (consisted heavily in Duration/convexity/FI portfolio construction), Superday (5 rounds with different teams in different locations) and an Excel assessment. The whole process took around 3.5 months and a lot of practice and deep study into certain macro economics and fixed income concepts. I received a rejection email 3 weeks after Superday.
