The interview was very unprofessional. The lady who set up the call told me to download special software for the interview. It did not work. I proposed zoom, but they rejected it. I proposed teams, they rejected it... then they got upset i could not run the software.

They had a bunch of questions on whether I would be able to improve all sorts of systems they had. Like, it sounded I'd be required to do almost everything there, the CRM, Machine Learning, business optimization, etc.
