I had an interview with HR that went well, but they decided I was too far away from the job I applied to in San Francisco. Instead, they offered me Des Moines for significantly lower pay, which I thought was a little insulting.

Entretien
Initial HR screening followed 2 behavioral interviews, each with two members of senior management. Interviewers were friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know you, and HR recruiter was helpful throughout. There were really no technical questions as this is an entry-level role and the company provides training.
