Entretien
There were multiple interviews with a bunch of different project managers. But, it was pretty straightforward. There really weren’t any technical questions aside from knowing a little bit about general public finance. It was mainly to see if you are interested in the field.
3 rounds, first with the hiring manager, then with a member of the team. Finally, an interview with Managing Directors. Largely behavioral questions with no direct financial experience assumed. Low stress and pleasant.

3 steps, one with HR and two with team. HR was 15 minutes and the team was around an hour. The questions were all behavioral, no assumption of finance background.

Interviews 1. Michelle Brown Recruiting/HR 2. Virtual with two employees from office where you would work 3. In person at the office with two other employees you would work with Travel Reimbursements took longer than advertised, but did not take forever.
