Two interviews total, both rather simple. The recruiter was great and very responsive, but the accounting managers seemed extremely picky given the role’s pay and the relatively basic responsibilities. It felt like expectations didn’t match the actual position. I would ask a lot of questions early on with the recruiter to avoid disappointment later on.
