J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez PELICO en juill. 2024
Entretien
I applied through their website then went through 4 interviews!
1st intertiew with HR then another chat with a member of their technical team mostly asking technical questions about my resume and technologies i used and 3rd interview which lasted for 2 hours was with a product manager and another lead engineer discussing a difficult LC problem and how to approach its solution and the last one with an engineering manager.
The irony is that after all these interviews, i heard nothing back! not even a rejection letter.
I strongly recommend that you do not waste your time with them, i believe their job posts are fake.

Entretien
The interview process began with an initial conversation with Talent acquisition team, followed by two interviews with managers. This was succeeded by a product demonstration interview, and concluded with a final discussion with the leadership team. Throughout the process, the team was incredibly welcoming and supportive.

4 steps:
- 30 min. initial discussion with an HR: questions about previous experience, motivations, salary expectations, etc.
- 1 h. technical interview with a Lead Engineer: questions about previous tasks, challenges, stack used + several algorithms & data structures questions and one simple leetcode-like problem to solve.
- 1.5 h. on-site interview with two engineers: brief product demo with following discussion + white-board interview with several problems (I think that was also a cultural fit part).
- 30 min. final discussion with VP Engineering: almost the same questions and topics as were in the first one - to be sure there's a mutual fit.
Overall it was a fun and comfortable experience, all the Pelicans I met were friendly, and the email exchange was effective. The whole process took about 3 weeks.
