I first completed a short phone interview discussing my expectations then moved forward with a virtual interview with 2 managers within the department I applied for. The interview questions were in STAR format and centered around the company's core values that were discussed with me before hand.

Entretien
The interview is in the STAR format. There is usually two or more people who attend the interview and ask behavioral based questions. Focus on safety and learn the PECO core values to go into it with a strong foundation.
