Entretien
I suspect that this company is interviewing people as research for their company. Filter interviews by "received offer", and you get zero results (as of 2023-09). They have a very drawn-out process and they ask a lot of questions about problems they are currently facing but don't make many offers from what I can tell.

Entretien
The recruiter who interviewed me was really combative and not engaged. I understand that PDT is looking for top talent and the interview questions will be hard, but I felt that the recruiter was very disrespectful. Several times it was clear he was doing something else/not paying attention while I was talking. When he had a question about something I said or disagreed with what I said, he would just cut me off. He tried explaining that was just the culture that PDT had (challenging each other and going back and forth), but then when I tried to challenge him myself he seemed taken aback and really defensive. Overall super patronizing and felt like he just expected me to “take” it.

Entretien
I would caution anyone from investing time in this process. I was warned about it, I'd read some warnings on Glassdoor as well. In the end, I regret taking the time.

Question 1
Many of the questions were basic and unsurprising. Not much interesting to speak of there. I took issue with the nature of the process. It was the longest process I'd ever experienced, and there was simply no need for it to be that long. I wish I had not taken the time.
