A recruiter reached out to me in LinkedIn. There was an initial assessment with DBMS and sql questions. The recruiter provided some material. Then After passing that a technical interview which is Heavily based on sql. You write basic to intermediate queries using join sub queries and aggregate functions.

The process was efficient but fairly standard for an entry-level BA role. It started with an HR phone screen about my resume and interest. The main stage was a panel interview with a hiring manager and a senior analyst. They focused on situational questions ("Tell me about a time...") and basic requirements understanding. Communication was clear regarding timelines. Good process for foundational roles, though lacking deep technical assessment.

you will have one OA which has 4-5 section (sql consept, math) about 1 hour, time limited, video on and then one Technical interview (intro, sql concept, sql query) with trainer
