Entretien
It was a phone interview with the HR manager. He was really nice and easy to talk to. He told me about the job and got right to the point. We also discussed more personal things. He told me about his daughter and where she went to college and his grand children. Could tell that this would be a really great environment to work in.
It was a great experience. I did a phone screen, HR interview, engineer interview, and in person panel interview. They flew me out, paid for Airbnb and rental car l
Went well. Asked a lot of questions, offered multiple job options, not only the one I went for when applying for the job. Also talked about their hiring process, which didnt feel amazing to me.
Interview followed by a job offer. Not a complex interviewing process. Mostly personality based interviewing questions, trying to get an understanding of what kind of worker you are. Great people at a small company.
