The interview process was rather unconventional. Instead of the usual HR screening and an introduction to the company's teams and roles, candidates were immediately presented with a coding test assignment. A feedback loop from the company was notably slow. The feedback received from the engineering team appeared ambiguous, lacking clear specifics. It gave the impression of a formal response, which was unexpected given the time and effort invested in the task. Overall, it led to a disappointing interview experience and suggested significant room for improvement in the performance of the talent acquisition team.

I'm currently in the middle of the interview process and ,I would like to see what other people say about the process. First two steps were ok and pretty easy. I'm waiting for feedback from them now. If all goes well, there will be the third stage.
