First the HR called and asked some basic questions. Then the technical leader of the project called and asked about my previous experience and related projects as well as asked some general questions regarding programming and specifically for Java,

Hiring through a third party, everything went smoothly. Next stage was a technical task handled through Payback. Very arrogant feedback, it's like the code went over the head of the person reviewing it (probably a junior dev, from the looks of it).

There was first an online phone assesment. Quite easy for the position I was applying. Then I went for an onsite interview that lasted for about 4 hours. At some point about 10 guys swarmed to introduce themselves and I lost track of who was who.
