I found the interview process to be quite refreshing, as it was fairly easy compared to many other companies I've interviewed with. Typically the process can take several weeks, if not months. Within 2 days of submitting my resume for the position, I was contacted by the hiring manager for a phone screening. After the initial phone screening, an in-person interview was quickly scheduled. During the in-person interview, I met with both the hiring manager and the General Manager. My interactions with both individuals were very positive and I was excited about the opportunity. Within about a week and half after my in-person interview, I was offered the position. I accepted and the HR on boarding process was really simple. The HR Director provided me an email with all the information needed to submit all the necessary paperwork online. It took no time at! Overall, the experience was great!
