Very unprofessional had no idea what to ask and then BAM you are hired on the spot because they are desperate to hire. There is no HR department and they are just full of it and very very unprofessional.

The interview process was very short and informal. I was asked to describe my work history, which at the time was nothing since I had just graduated. I was given a run down of the position and salary, and then asked if I wanted the job.
