Question 1
What's the craziest thing you've done to reach a goal?
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez PA Democratic Party
Entretien
There was one 20-30 minute video interview with a regional organizer director, who wasn't necessarily the one that I would be reporting to later (different city/office). There were several logistical questions asked (do you have a car; laptop; etc.), starting date, etc. and then several interview questions about past organizing experience/how I would approach certain situations. The interviewer was clearly distracted/very busy and would occasionally stop the interview to take a phone call, etc. They then asked for my references, and I got an offer almost immediately via a late evening phone call.

Question 1
How would you engage a volunteer who doesn't feel comfortable knocking on doors/canvassing?
J'ai passé un entretien chez PA Democratic Party (Philadelphia, PA)
Entretien
Quick, one round, very issue-based. They want to know why you’re a Democrat and why you support the candidate(s) you’d be advocating for. Good if you’re fresh out of college
