I submitted my application through an online platform and initially, they sent an online test to me, followed by an invitation for an interview. The entire selection process spanned over a period of two weeks. The interview environment was notably stressful, and I found both the demeanor of the interviewers and the nature of the questions asked to be quite displeasing.

after i applied for this role, i received an email to complete the online assignment which has to be completed within 3 business days. i answered all the questions but my application was unsuccessful. no reply from them when i asked the reason for it. at least they could have given me chance for a face 2 face interview. they are testing the market without any intention to hire anyone i guess.

Firstly, getting interview with the team manger and team lead. After their approval, you get interview with HR. HR interview focus on meet your personal qualifications. After that, you will meet the director of the department.
