The team was professional, respectful, and enjoyable to speak with throughout the process. However, the interview experience felt overly lengthy and repetitive, consisting of seven interviews over more than a month, including multiple conversations covering similar topics with executive leadership. The final interview was described as an informal conversation with the CEO, but it felt more like another formal evaluation of my background and experience. Given the number of prior interviews, I expected a hiring decision to have been made before reaching that stage. Overall, the people were great, but the process was significantly longer than expected and could benefit from being more streamlined and transparent regarding interview expectations.
