I interviewed with two supervisors who work with the Head Start Program. They gave me more information about the job itself, allowed me to ask questions about the job, and asked me general questions about my work experience and work goals.

They asked me to think of a family that has been through something difficult, and then asked me how I responded to this family/how I offered them support.
