Initial screening interview with the recruiter was very straightforward & they outlined next steps very well as well as set expectations for the role (salary, benefits, duties, etc.). Following interviews consisted of meeting their SVP of Sales where we dived into experience & compiled a slide deck to highlight necessary sales competencies needed for the role + a mock cold call. While there is a tad bit of worked needed to prepare for the presentation portion of the interview, the recruiter & management made the entire process easy to understand and follow as they provided additional resources to be successful.
