I had an introductory call with a member of the leadership team, had a technical assignment, then two or three meetings with leadership team members and technical team members. The technical assignment was pretty standard, but I appreciate that they were very flexible in how I completed the assignment and that their focus was on discussing how/why I did certain tasks rather than whether I did something very specific (I've had a few too many companies reject without feedback or with arbitrary feedback).
