HR process not really followed, company is not well organized, no job clear description, interviews objectives are finally not anymore requested, asking several times the same documents, asking information finally not used, meeting cancelled, starting dates cancelled, meeting with people irrelevant for the position, feeling of being hired because the management likes you and not your skills.

Started with phone screening and then on to the manager round of interview. Declined to move forward after those rounds due to in office requirements not aligning with my expectations for a new role
