Really simple. No real interview. Just asked why I wanted to work at Outback then the days I could work. Started onboarding same day. I was given training schedule and with who I’d be working with.

I was sat in the corner by a server, and told a manager would be right with me. I sat for 25 minutes and no one came to me. I decided to leave, and there was no one even in sight to tell.

It was a pleasant experience. It was a 2 part interview process. The first one was easier than the second. The second one involved trickier questions but if you’re quick witted it’ll be easy.
