The interview process was very easy. Filled out application online and got a call back within a couple weeks. My interview was with an assistant manager. The questions were very typical, what was my background, do I have any experience, availability to work, etc. I was hired on the spot and given some training materials.
It was about a 10 min conversation that was conducted in-person. They asked about my availability, my experience, and my skills. It was more like a conversation than an interview.

the interview process consisted of 2 interviews with each of the general managers. The interviews were short and focused on customer service experience and what you would do in certain situations.

Interview with manager. Very professional. Asked questions and offered a job on the spot. Accepted. Manager is friendly. I would recommend interviewing with them. I also brought a resume that they reviewed
