You are submitted by your proprietor to the district person then have an interview with them. Then you have to wait three to four weeks for all of the paperwork to come through for a minimum salary position that they still expect you to pick up shifts.

The final interview included several scenarios where I would relate my experiences problem solving either customer or employee issues.
