Two interviews. They asked the usual interview questions. Nothing too difficult. If you practice the typical questions before the interview you'll be fine. They want to make sure you will get a manager if someone gets out of hand.

I was sat in the corner by a server, and told a manager would be right with me. I sat for 25 minutes and no one came to me. I decided to leave, and there was no one even in sight to tell.

The interview process was quick and relatively painless. They asked about my experience in the restaurant industry and how I handle regular and difficult guests. I walked in and they were looking for a host immediately.

It was a pleasant experience. It was a 2 part interview process. The first one was easier than the second. The second one involved trickier questions but if you’re quick witted it’ll be easy.
