Entretien
The first interview took place with 2 OutSystems people. One of them from the HR team and the other from the team I was applying to. This was great since it allowed a better explanation of what the job was and made it straightforward to cover any questions I may have had. The following two interviews were technical, checking how much a foundation I had in the technologies I specified myself, the way these were conducted felt mostly like a conversation, which was great.
Also, the time between the interviews and the feedback was amazing. I always got feedback the day after the interview. That itself made me trust the way the company works a lot more.

I went through four phases. The first two were related to my experience and fit for the position and the last two were technical challenges (sql, algorithms and system design).

How to design the classes and methods of a small application.

Entretien
There were 3 interviews in total: 1 screening interview with the project manager and 2 technical interviews with members of the engineering team.
All interviews were 1 hour long.
The whole interview process took about 2 weeks.

In the first technical interview, they asked me to solve a few coding problems, either about SQL or about algorithms and optimization.
The second interview was about software architecture, where they gave me the description for a small application and asked me how I would implement it.

Entretien
Fast and straight to the point, spoke with team manager and had 2 technical interviews with the dev team. All interviews were remote, nice and friendly people. The manager answered my questions as well and asked for expectations
