I came to Technopolis Oulu main entrance and Matti picked me up from there. We went to a meeting room and Matti asked some questions. After that we went to preproduction to check some things out and in the end we talked about the starting time and salary.

Interview process consisted of 3 interviews and 1 coding challenge. First interview was "tell me about yourself and your goals" type of interview with an HR person after which they gave us the coding challenges. After passing the challenge it was time for the technical interview where I met 2 members of the team I was interviewing for. We talked about the coding challenge and how I performed and what I thought I could have done better. Also talked about different relevant technologies regarding the job. The last interview was with my future manager and we talked alot about my learning goals and what it's like working in a team. Also chatted about good coding practices.
