The process included a written round (aptitude & HR), followed by 3 interviews (HR, Technical, Executive). Overall the process took about 3 hours. The team did a great job of explaining their terms and conditions, especially during the executive round. These TaC are intended to maximise output per employee, although one may perceive these as "work-life imbalance" according to one's frame of references. Everything asked was fairly generic and easy. Except for a couple of questions in the aptitude written round which seemingly contained some tricky-yet-borderline-goofy questions. The panel did an excellent job of understanding the candidature overall as per their perspective, the nature of which is again subjective.
