Interview with Recruiting then CTO. Take home assessment. I was taken back by the amount and quality of the communication with this company and felt they went far above and beyond as far as respect and communication than almost every other company I've interviewed with lately. Experience was very positive. I didn't move forward, as I was looking more for a managerial position and had other leads.

My interview was more informal, going over my work history and details of the job. There was a take home assessment which was challenging but fun.

Entretien
I met with the illustration and tools team manager in the first round for general discussion. The second round was with the Director of Engineering. There were two different teams with Unity developers, one for the core product, and one for the curriculum.

Standard Unity developer interview questions. For example, things related to garbage collection, session management, and optimization.
