They have taken two rounds within a week Technical and Practical. After Clear both rounds very smoothly. They are saying that, Technical lead not satisfied with practical even i executed all task with 100% confidence. Very disappointed by their feedback. They are wasting our time by doing such kind of process. 6+ Years experience and they have given user login and profile update via ajax. So all can understand practical is not a challenging work even who has experience of 2 to 3 years.
