Interview process with straight forward but in the end they came back with such a lowball offer on salary for someone who had 8 years of indirect lending experience that it rubbed me the wrong way. It is not that I was not willing to negotiate with them. It is more of an HR thing. If you want good employees and to keep them happy you should offer them a fair salary to begin with.
